The Executive Director V S Ganesan has a hands on experience of about 10 years in Property Management Industry in the terms of Operational and Administration.

He is also a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEA), a Member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) and with an addition to his achievements; he is also a Member of the BMAM and a member of the MSOSH.

Being a responsible and a professional individual he is swift in making rational, strategic and fair decisions to ensure the company has a strong foundation.

The Executive Director Ray has acquired vast experience about 18 years in Customer Relations and Care. Besides that, implementation and enforcement of all Building Maintenance SOP’s.

Graduated under the Dean list and holds a Masters (Hons) in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University Malaysia,Pahang.

He is also a registered Property Manager with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVEA) and a Member of Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM) with an addition to his achievements he is also a Member of the Malaysian Institute of Management.
